Bought this sticker and thinking it'd stick to plastic glove box obviously it wont. I've cleaned it all down but not having it due to the surface. But is there any ideas out there to get round that? All I've got is plastic inside the car, would make it pointless if I put it on the outside (imo). If not then bugger it.

Heat always helps. Try degreasing the area your sticking it to.

I've washed down with fairy liquid. But gramps has got some 'methalated spirits' in the shed, would that help?

It will have a silicon product on the plastic. Get gramps methaleted spirit on it to cut it back to plastic.
You can then re apply the plastic shiny stuff after the sticker is on. Although if you have tried it once you will need a new sticker as the silicon shiny stuff is stuck to the sticker.

Why do want a sticker for your glovebox anyway? Are you a taxi driver?
