Seen this, seems quite good although the touchpad looks a bit unresponsive...

Get the non-compact (ie: the one that includes the keypad) wireless Apple keyboard?

Couldn't find that one on amazon!
I like the way my keys are angled on mine mind. Apple is dead straight.

You might have to eBay it then, they certainly did one though (essentially a wireless version of the current slim wired keyboard). Alternatively look at the Logitech Solar.

I suppose I don't always use the numberpad. Could get a separate.

They never made one in the current design.
For some utterly bizarre reason, they put out a full sized wired keyboard and a compact wireless.
The year after they then released a wired compact. Never a full sized wireless though...

Just been down to PC world.
I must say id have the arc keyboard in a heartbeat but I dislike the arrow keys or "key". Silly idea.
Ergonomicaly the Microsoft wireless was best but it felt a bit naff and was huge. The Logitech solar one that's an Apple rip off looks the part, felt cheap and had no battery backup so if the sun doesn't charge it up your fucked. Plus the price was stupendous. The rest where dogshit, all felt like Chinese market jobs.
I like the media keys on the Apple one, so think I am going to get that and a Microsoft separate for the number pad, or just use my iPhone/iPad for this task.

Make sure you have a few rechargeable batteries if you get the apple one, mine goes through them quite a bit.

How soon do you need it? Microsoft is rumoured to be releasing a load of new peripherals in line with Windows 8 this October...
