Hi guys, ive just purchased these fasteners for my car for the bumper as ive noticed some people have them. Just wondering if there a nightmare to fit or if anyone has any advice? Thanks in advance

Really easy. I did them on mine but i couldn't tell you what page of my thread it's on sadly.

But on the right as you turn it, attaches to the spring basically pmsl.

So you attach the spring to the wing of the car by fixing it at either side with screws or rivets? then the turn bit onto the bumper with a hole and then when you turn it it engages into the spring?
