just a quick question what is the sensor for on the front of the sump tray on a early c20xe the wire on mine has been cut will it affect the way the engine runs,

oil level sensor, its just for the dashboard wont affect the engine if its not there.

People just cut the wire usually or you can buy blank plates for them.
