make some rings up out of mdf , then make a base out of mdf to the shape you want, then use blokcs of mdf to angle the outer ring , then use fibreglass to make the shap up round the blocks of mdf, then use filler too smooth it off, then trim, bit of a quick guide, revs had a pic guide a year or so ago.

heres mine done in alcantara they're 6.5" componenet set up
i got em done by a company but at least its a pic for u retrimmed in alcantara

small ring of grey alcantara around the speaker then whole pocket retrimmed
was £90 quid a side, then 30 quid a side for tweeter build also pillar retrimmed in black
damn gd job they did too!!

yeah they did the lot i ave a number for the company but they're in northern ireland i'm afraid!! bit far to travel to get builds done!! altho i'm sure u cud post em over an get em done
he will do them off the car if they are off a motor wi electric windows as u dont ave to worry bout clearance of winder
twas 90quid a side for the pocket and 30quid a side for the A pillars retrimmed in alcantar wi a pod for the tweeters!!

forgot i had the ol digi cam so ran down an took a few pics for ye
car needs cleaned an was rubbish light an weather but here ya go
just ave to get summat done wi them awful dot door cards and seats now!!
he says he cud retrim em for me for bou 50-60quid a card but dunno if i cud stick all blcak and cant decide on another colour

theres a few things i gotta get retrimmed in alcantara.
got electric windows so gonna go down scrappy and get some spare pockets and do a job that way saves fucking my current pockets up.
