When ever I've got my lights on and indicate to the right my rear fog light lickers on and off, any ideas why?

Corsa C or B, i have a prob with my rear fogs, on my corsa C i pressed the rear fog lights and they wouldnt come on at all, not even the little orange light on the dask would work, 2 days l8r, i tryed it again and it worked ! wierd!! i did nothin to the car 2.

It's a Corsa B mate, the orange light on the dash flashes alternately with the green indicater

 no idea mate at all does your rear foglights flicker to. if so at least noone could say they didnt see you indicate Sorry im not being very helpful.

When either dipped or full beams are on it happens mate - Is there any way in which I can find where they aren't earthed?
