Hit by an Audi TT tonight.

Despite her leaving scene and trying to drie off and me catching her boxing her in.

Despite her driving with mobile phone in hand at the time.

Police turned up and didn't give a shit, damage wiped off hers, my custom
Mirrors are cracked and my alloy wheel is fcked.

Arrogant bitch. I have her insurance details, my question is will insurance have access to call logs etc? Does she have a leg to stand on? Have loads pics, and video of her drivin off (mrs took it)

Make sure you formally report it to the police and that she left the scene of the accident then make this known to your insurance company. If you have legal cover being this proactive will pay dividends if she contests anything.

Thanks, I will be contacting insurance tomorrow to let them know. I'm unsure whether to Persue, as I know teething can drag out for ages and actually end up doing me more harm than good. Will also get millions more calls about accident claim shite

If he's planning to go to the Police about it and make insurance claims etc, that's possibly the worst thing he could do!

you are claiming off your insurance for a wing mirror and wheel?

How much will your premium go up by?
Was it clear cut her fault or will she fight it?
Did you get her insurance and try going through them?

Insurance companies are a bunch of sneakiy bastards... even no fauly, no value claims still count.

More reason insurance should be regulated better, or govt run.

If you have a crash thats non fault your premium shouldnt go up, not even a penny for it.

50/50 shouldnt exist except for very rare occasions, i hardly ever see an accident where its is 50/50 and absolutely not one persons fault more than the others

This is where accident management companies are good, your insurance isn't affected.

I'm with Flux.

It's
Not about the damage, or money to fix.

I shouldn't have to pay for £200+ of damage that wasn't my fault. And AR shouldn't et away with acting like an arrogant cunt, doing what she wants in life.

Unless my insurance goes up by £200 it's worth it. And it won't go up that much if at all

I really hope she doesn't try and blame you mate. I was in a very similar situation, got side swiped coming off a roundabout and the bloke sped off. I blocked him off at the next set of lights and he then blamed me! I cant prove that it wasnt my fault so I've lost 3 years NCB as the claim is still outstanding 8 months on. Cost me £100 to repair the car, wish I never went after him now.

She has no damage whatsoever on her car. She had some green paint (white car) she picked it off with her nails. I have before and after pictures

indeed. just make sure you inflict more than £200 worth of accidental damage before you leave the scene whilst talking on your mobile.
