My corsa sport has started running on 3 cylinders when its cold and then take it a few minutes up the road it sorts its self out anyone no why? I'm thinking maybe leads or plugs or both

Unless they are damp leads or plugs tend to missfire when hot, cold missfire if nothing sensor related (lambda or coolant temp sensor etc) could be worn bores, badly seating valve etc.

Also just been out in it and had a big puff of like blue smoke when pulling of from a junction this isn't looking good!
