Hi I've got a problem with my phone, and after some online research it seems that they will usually just change the phone over for you. Now it's still in warranty, but I've just gone to print off my proof of purchase from Orange but that section of the website is down will I need it!?

I have everything else in mostly un-used condition such as box, headphones, charger etc. just don't want it to be a wasted journey as my 'local' Apple store isn't that local...

My friend had his for quite a while im pretty sure his was well used and had stuff liek the earphones missing and he took it Bluewater and they swapped it over for him.

ive swapped over 3 phones and an ipad within warranty, never had to take box, accessories or proof of reciept

It will be a refurbished unit but they are virtually as good as new as the battery will be new and all the outside casing will be new.

They have all your details on their computer as it's linked to your iTunes account and product serial numbers. Kind of strange when you go in and they know what stuff you own without telling them
