Just bought a scirocco, was just wondering if anyone has had one and what they are like. E.g common faults, pros and cons cheers

that's just madness. That's the first thing I check then ask for common faults then look a suitable car.

I've just bought a scooby and I only get 200 miles to a tank, does it have a problem etc etc

It is a bit. What if someone says there absolutely shit engines with cam belt failures or something equally bad, that's the kinda thing I'd not want to hear after spending ££££ on buying one lol.

not really, if you got a brand new car under warranty and you might want to keep an eye on things nothing wrong with it

yes! better swap it for my astra right now!

i can see everyones point here it might have been better to ask before he bought it but it is doing no harm in asking now

at least he can look out for things that may go wrong

If its under warranty then fair dos. He never stated that tho still, I personally like to find these things out first before I spend my hard earned.

Dont see the problem in asking about common problems after he has bought the car, id do the same. No one seems to buy a cars that they like these days because 3 people on some forum have had washer jets fall off or the likes.

Car comes with a 3 year warranty, was just seeing what Common faults are so ino if it has to go back to the garage, car cannot be any worse than my Astra gsi as that spends nearly every week in the garage with a new problem
