I so a fair bit of raod running and looked at these to replace my current trainers, anyone got any to say what there like?

alot of sports shops have running machines to analyse how you run and advise you on the *best sort of trainers

if you go to a proper running shop they'll show you the type you need and let you decide which one feels best, not push you into the most expensive.

Absolutely. Stop talking bollocks IVIark you twat. I had the choice of three pairs, and without knowing the prices I picked the middle one's as they were the best for me. The guy never mentioned any prices or budgets and never tried to push the expensive one's on me.

I went to a proper running shop. Sports Direct and JJB are for the chavs and homies.

Mine are Mizuno, slightly wider fitting. Tried Asics on too but were too narrow.

I would never buy my runners from Jjb or the superstores unless I already knew what pair were my type. Stuck with the same brand and model now for a few years so can trawl the net for the cheapest
