Options are
1 - Jump leads and start the car
2 - Push and bump the car to start it
3 - Remove the door card and send voltage to 2 pins, but if you can do this you can put power to the battery and start it
4 - Brick
5 - You could take the door card off, remove all the bolts from the window regulator and see if you can get to the bolt retaining the window glass to remove it, but that's a pain in the arse, but I have done this to remove an electric window regulator from a car when the door was swapped and the owner didn't realise the door he bought was from an electric window car, and his car didn't have electric windows
