Needing some help Guys!

Still same old problem with the car not turning off once I've taken the key out. But I've changed the ignition switch 3 times and no difference!

And also

I've taken the + side off the battery but when I connect it up the ignition lights all go on and stay on until I disconect the battery :/ heard somthing about the hazard switch might be the wrong way around :/
