6 sausages
rice

sweet corn

vegi stock

Pasta with cut up sausages (would need some kind of pasta sauce as well though)

cook off the saussages and pasta, then throw it all together with tuna and sweetcorn.

cooked the rice in the veg stock almost to a risotto, cooked the saus and chopped them up, shucked them in the rice then added the sweet corn and tuna on the side of the plate, was actually quite nice. lol
