My girlfriends grandparents have given me a 6 year old Bang & Olufsen Beovision 6 26" LCD TV to sell on for them.
I've seen a few different valuations for it, some that are nearly £700 from AV stores on ebay and one as low as the £150 valuation I was given by Lifestyle AV. I've watched a couple sell on ebay, one for £329 with delivery and the other for £352 couriered.
Reckon I should just stick it on ebay and hope it gets that sort of figure?

I'd personally just stick it on ebay, 99p start, no reserve, 10days and it should hopefully get what it's worth.

Yeah that's what i'm thinking, the one which went for £329 had a starting price of £150, so obviously didn't put people off

Fuck putting it on ebay! Selling fees start at £22.30 for some reason... then add say £25-£30 final value fee, that could be 1/4 or 1/5 of what i sell it for!

I suspect that was with a reserve and a load of extra's?
Stick to 99p listings with a single image, if you need to use more then host the images externally (imageshack.us etc) and then paste them into the listing.

Nope, it was a 99p start, no reserve, some text and 2 photo's (one of which is free)!
Double checked by starting a fresh listing, the fees were £22.30 before i'd done anything to it. Not sure if it's because of the brand or because it's in the TV section?

That's what i thought, but nothing i change in the listing affects the price, apart from making it more expensive!

Listing fee shouldnt be in excess of £20 for an electronic product, maybe if it was a car.
