Started on a diet beggining of May and was 16st. Cut out a lot of shit I ate, I currently eat a lot of fruit and generally a lot healthier. I play 5 a side twice a week and gym at least 4 days a week.

Currently down to 13st 6lb but still seem to have a gut. Any ideas?

I did 2 month on thermo grenades that helped a lot too.

eat your carbs just in the morning, do weights first at the gym to burn off your glycogen then do cardio, HIIT if possible.

Cheers guys. I was under impression sit ups would give muscle rather than get rid of fat?

Yeah whittie, feel loads better for it! Although is costing me in new clothes had just bought some 36" waist jeans at the time that fit. Just been on holiday last week and bought some 34" waist shorts that were nearly falling off me. So rather happy. I'll stick some pics up cause can see in my face how different I am.

Sit ups don't really burn fat, a better diet and cardio are the only real ways to lose a belly.

HIIT, Use free weights to tone your core, then when you loose the fat you will be on your way to abs.

Cross Trainer is good. *

* No actual claim should be made for any advice given and you should seek the advice of trained professionals - AKA half the members of Sports Day before entering a gym. Oh and you will need 5 creatine, 6 scoops of whey with 4 eggs every half hour.
