Corsa C 1.0 12v. On the last MOT they mentioned the manifold was cracked, but still passed it.

Its going somewhere different this year, should it fail?

If its noticeable then yes it will fail, as it will be leaking exhaust gases depending on how bad it is cracked. Ive seen cars pass with a cracked manifold though, so just depends if they pick up on it.
