Bought this a few week back to replace her corsa.

2005 - 05 plate with 55k

3 door silver 1.6 Dynamique with loads of spec, panoramic glass roof, heated seats, auto lights and wipers, digital climate control, cruise control etc etc.

Stripped most off

And a bit more

Going back together

And all parts on to make sure it all fits.

Getting painted Thursday. Got full leather to go in it, also got 17's to go on which it should have on anyway.

Everything is getting color coded (bumper trims, side mouldings etc) then the Renault diamonds are getting painted purple

You'll get away with it because the panel gaps on a non crashed megane are massive anyway, but yes, I would be able to.

Looks nice simple enough fix. Good to see no airbags went off. Did you buy that from a local salvage?

Looking about for a damaged juke for the missus but private salvage take the piss on prices.

Look a bit harder, airbags have gone

I actually bought it from a girl our mechanic know's, she bought it on a Friday afternoon, (she's an idiot) wasn't taxed and didn't swap her insurance over and she crashed I on the Saturday. She paid £2,600 for it! So it's unrecorded. She had it on eBay for £700 and nobody was interested so I kicked her in the nuts and bought it for £450

I also bought another full megane to use for parts.

All in all so far owes me £1,240. Just need another £130 for a new screen. Then what ever I get back for alloys to sell, the other shell to weigh in then got a 1.9 DCi engine and 6 speed box to sell. Hopefully it will work out around £800-£1,000 all done.

Isn't there any on copart/blue cycle?

Looks great and they are awesome spec BUT I'd always be worried that something minor has bent and it'll never drive in a straight line again...

You sold a car because the rear wheel was slightly cocked.

It's fine. Thousands of cars are fixed on a daily basis and are fine, it's the few that are bodged back together and the horror stories that put people off damaged cars.

Ill get some pics up once its done.

I sold a car because it was bent. It wasnt a Cat D, it was just bent. Nothing wrong with a car thats been repaired and aligned properly

Could tell on my phone the bags had gone off.

With a parts car that's good though.

Some on there but all pretty major ones.

Yeah pics are shit. Pain in the arse fitting a dash, let alone having to take it out of another car before fitting it

Initially bought it to sell for profit but girlfriend likes it an could do with an uprgrade so why not.

Will be a nice car once the leather is in and 17s are back on etc.

Suppose with the Juke's been still rather new they will take a fair bit to write one off. Meaning they will be fucked.

Guy at work bought an 05 Corsa 1.2 Design off copart today, 60k 5 door in black, Cat D needs frot bumper lights rads bonnet front panel etc. paid £800 all in with all fee's etc. For his daughters first car.
