You get this a lot now.

Goes agaisnt old skool gym etiquette which none of these young ass skinny lads have.

for example a group of 4 people taking out the smith machine for 30 mins during peak time is not acceptable.

Train in twos sure, but 4 NO

It's so selfish! Also why would you go with 3 pals. It just takes twice / three times as long?

1 spotter fwd. 3 is a crowd!

Also annoying, We have a few roid heads who have been banging on about what they have been jagging into themselves buzzing about and proclaiming to the world how much shite there putting in there bodies. Dont need to know pal and neither does the old couple doing sit ups - were not impressed!

Yes, Juice talk used to be highley secretive but now it is causally discussed in full view of all.

How things have changed for the worse. I used to love training, not so much now due to the all the above.

I used to see this in the old bodybuilding gym I went too.
I think I prefer hoods up and squatting double thief bodyweight rather than Hollister clothing and constantly correcting their hair

not been going long only joined in June. Just moved up to Db press 40's, do about 10 more on bar but prefer db at the minute while I build stabising muscles. l. squat 80ish bit more if I'm feeling good 90. Gym is a bit basic. I split and work different muscle groups.

What about you, you've been going a while now haven't you?

Thats a good DB Press Russ. I think i prefer a DB press for isolation, so if im doing a split etc.

Erm Yeah, used to strength train, then moved onto a lot of cardio and boxing, now a bit of both.

I work my days around compound movements, so clean and press around 80kg, Squat 120kg, DL somewhere around 150-180kg depends reps.
