I paid for an item over on another forum (marine forum) for an item that I have never received yet guy has stopped replying to all private messages ect.

He has done this with quite a few people since me paying up, Now stupidly I did pay via gift using my visa electron card

only a small amount for £30 but that £30 can be doing with buying the item that I really need ASAP

paying as a gift I'm guessing I'm screwed or is there anything else I could do to get my cash back?

I have been in contact with moderators and admin of the forum but they couldn't give a flying fuck

Any idea guys?

No item false tracking info for a package that was delivered in Manchester

now this guy a good few items on ebay, If I was to make another account and buy everything he has for the fun of it would this affect my own account? would they know?

Very pissed off at this prick wasting my time, telling me to check with neighbours ect then getting a bloody false tracking number

does he have anything up for sale that is collection only? buy it, ask for address to pick it up, then turn up and ask for your money back.

He does but he's in Manchester, I'm in scotland.

I'm not down that way much unless my mate has a recovery
