I'm getting a box flashing for milli-seconds on screen and then disappearing, i'm not sure what it is at all but wondered if there is something the Mac has to see last actions on the machine?

No other virus type activity on the machine or strange activity to make me think it's poorly but I'd just like to see what the sodding screen is relating too.
