I've had 2 in the last 12 months both same year but with 80k, other had 120k.
Both were sub 500quid but did have a few bubbles on the arches

Ooh no fuck that. Insurance is more than I'd want to pay for some reason! Can insure a Clio 182 for same price. Ill be after a 106 GTi/Rallye 16v or possibly a VTS but don't really like Saxo's.

Insurance isn't too bad for me but I'm wanting to swap it for something cheaper to tax and insure.
Been trying to get ridda this car for months, no one seems to want it

Suckage.
This is pretty much why I've got my heart set on a VTR.
All 1.6 16v's seem to be the same tax

Just got the gf a 1.6 16v Megane that's only £93 for 6 month but its an 05 plate.
Get an early GTi or VTS and they are cheaper to tax.

Actually they are cheaper. But only the £121 price. My 52 plate GTi I had was £145

True but I think the facelift Saxo's look tons better so am looking at them.
Believe it or not, after seeing your old silver GTI, it made me want one

It was moonstone blue not silver wound me up people calling it silver, moonstone blue non sunroof = quite rare.
Regret selling it tbh. Hoping to find a lowish miles fairly standard one to mod myself. Hopefully make one that's rather rapid!
