How and what is needed to get the speedo to work on a 20XE in corsa B?

As far as i know, just use the transducer from the corsa's orignal gearbox. Unless yours is a 1997 on one with abs, because then the speedo is done thru the abs sensors

Mines a 1997 without ABS Will.

If you cant use the transducer off of the original box then you need to use a corsa gsi hub with abs sensor and a relay off of a corsa c/astra g/meriva without abs and wire it in. Theres a guide on mig iirc

Or just get cable clocks and have a cable driven speedo

I did this the other week mate,go to a scrappy and find a 1.4 8v Corsa (that's what I got it off anyway). They have the black transducer in the gearbox,just cut the wires a few inches above it,remove it with the white bit attached that goes into the box,fit it into your box and wire colour for colour (3 wires). On the loom it's the plug with the orange bit,just cut the plug off.
