I think it's the crossmember, can you get a replacement panel with the tow bar on? Been looking about for a while and cant find one.

yes you can get cross members, i had mine done with a new panel but it didnt have the towing eye bit with it, that was part of the chassis on mine

Are you meaning the bottom panel that the intercooler would sit on? How much did you pay/ were from?

aye thats the one and i paid £20 off some scally lad at gateshead

not sure how much new but im sure iv seen them pop up on ebay

...i can remember that the bolts are a quite hard to come by thread though

and i'd also suggest to every corsa b owner to double check there x member as iv seen a fair few cracked down by the driver side chassis leg as mine was
