How do i pass a setting.bundle variable into my controller.m

For example i have the following setting -

in root.plist
Text box with the identifier 'Name_Preference'

in ViewController.m
i wish to add the vaule from the text box to this line '[NSURL URLWithString:@"VALUEHERE"]]
