I slowed down to let an Elise past the other day when I was driving a van slowly down my favourite A road. I felt he deserved to get past as it was a nice day to put your foot down.

especially if its known for bikers
you are only going to make the driver attempt an unsafe overtake which will probably mean he takes out a biker/car

Kind of along the same lines but this time with a disabled bay at Asda. I finished my shopping and head back to my car, put my shopping away and got into the car. I wound the window down as it was a hot day and proceeded to put my seat belt on when I heard some older woman in a wheelchair muttering "don't worry, I have his reg, I will report him". So I thought another typical stupid woman.. Her husband stopped pushing the wheelchair and came right over to the car, leaning over the drivers side wing and inspecting my blue badge. I was pretty shocked and quite annoyed as this isn't the first time I have had abuse for parking in a disabled bay.
Naturally, I asked him if there was a problem and again his Mrs decided to kick off about how disabled bays are only for disabled people, I replied with "Is leukaemia not a disability nowadays?" and she replied with "yea yea, whatever". At this point I was fuming and told her to fuck off and called her a miserable old cunt, her husband bounced back over to the car and started waving his fist in through the window, I told him if he doesn't fuck off I would be getting out of the car, illness or no illness and handing him his ass.
He fucked off and I haven't seen them in Asda again since..

I reckon Nathy is deffo a troll
the only time I really use the car is when Im out to give it some in the countryside, If I have a car behind me doing the same then I always let it past, Then try to keep up with it
I expect to be let past if Im behind someone who isnt out to drive quickly and get pretty pissed off if they dont let me. However if they do, Im very gratefull and Always give a flash of the hazzards or a wave. If someone is attempting an overtake and you speed up then Im not sure if your being a prick or your just not all there mentaly.
I overtook a bloke on a VTR1000 SP1 one afternoon on a twisty road he was being an absolute fanny. about 10 miles later this road turned into a dual carrageway while on an incline, I was sat at about 80 and he came fucking flying past, I hadnt seen him all that time so he must have been doing a silly speed. then I was stuck behind him again when the turns came back. we got to a set of lights and he went fucking berserk at me for overtaking him
Bikers piss me off on the road more than any other group I think

Had a driver assessment the other day and the assessor has been doing advanced driver training in UK and abroad and he said compared to the continent people here have a strange ego driven mental train of thought that has a problem with anyone getting passed or in front. Even on motorways etc

Had a cyclist open my door and have a go at me (im the passenger) because i told him he had a faulty light on his bike. He must of misheard or thought i was being a twat but he started going mental so i slammed him against the railings a few times
Had a complete idiot tailgate me down a 30mph road and when we stopped at traffic lights he pulled along side and eyeballed me so i shook my head. He put his window down and so did i, he then told me not to talk the talk if i cant back it up and told me to pull over. He then took off and pulled into a bus stop. I pulled in, got out my car and he shit himself, he took one look at me and then took off. I was a big lad at the time, touching 15st+ and in the gym 6 days a week. The young lads at the bus stop found it all very funny
