Pioneer h/u's are fine, just got a new one myself. Don't get too excited if it is a DAB ready h/u as i looked into this and you still need to get the DAB aerial and converter which will be over £300 more, quite possibly £400 more.

Halfords totally overcharge on alot of things, and so do the manufacturers shops.

For example, i have the Sony CDXMP70. £449.99 from the sony centre.

£289 from CEL direct.

cel are really good - there shop ion Derby is wesome - but they've had my cd-changer for over 1.5 weeks now and still havnt even phones me to say when it'll be fixed - its only a problem with the eject button which I could fix myself in 5 mins if they gave me the new button

I've used all of these at some point or other, all very good. Forget Halfords. I noticed their pricing once. Pioner DEH-P6500R was £249.99 on the sunday and £299.99 on the monday and it could be brought from Bassjunkies for £179.99.
