Just got a new ipad and have downloaded netflix, is there a cable that will allow me to watch the films from my ipad to a tv?

Yes that cable will ply videos and music but if you get this

That will mirror your iPad screen as well as doing videos

some apps wont allow themselves to be mirrored to tv, sky go is one ive heard of so netflix may be the same
