Just spoke to the guy who did it, he says the top layer of the ink can break down first and that will be faded and you can see fresh ink now. Makes sense I guess

Laser tattoo removal is less painful compared to getting a tattoo on body and it takes around 6-8 sessions of treatment for complete removal of your tattoo. And laser removal provides very good results.
