Need some advice as to which one of these setups will work best with most power and good fuel economy:

20xe dizzy, superchips ECU, lambda type, power cap, air filter, free flowing exhaust
20xe dizzy, superchips ECU, Non lambda type, power cap, air filter, free flowing exhaust
C20xe dizzyless, Standard ECU, Lambda, Powercap, air filter, free flowing exhaust.

Which ones of these setups is ideal for a xe daily?

I can also run the dizzy setup without the superchips chip which increases rev limit to 7K and gives a little more power.

They'd all be ok. Chips normally overfuel a lot and raise the limit. Tbh I've got a chip but never put it in as it runs well enough standard and I can't be arsed with more emissions trouble mot time.

Mines a non lambda dizzy set up by the way

I guess It will overfuel using this superchips ecu, I will only be able to tell once its on really and I can always take it out lol.

I've bought the dizzy loom with a lambda sensor from Jamie.C on here, if I decide to run without Lambda I have been told to earth pin 20 which should be ok. However all my standard manifolds seem to have a lambda port so I might as well run a lamda lol.

Dizzy ftw!!

Performance, Can I expect around 175 hp with chip, dizzy, powercap, air filter, free flowing exhaust or is that being optimistic ?

Reecegsi: , Nice setup lol.

My 1.0 Currently with a bad timing chain is giving me stupid MPG (max 30mpg), probably the way I drive it. It's too slow and need to thrash it everywhere because I'm one of them guys who is late for everything

Thanks.

I also have a 4 - 1 race big bore manifold but I think that will change the dynamics of the engine I've been told and wouldn't suit the current spec.

4-1 manifold you'll be lucky if it doesn't touch the floor if your corsa is lowered.

Also I'd say 175 is pretty optimistic out of those mods but I suppose you won't know until its been on a rolling road

Better clearance than mine was then! Mine was hanging a lot lower than any of the bumpers I've had on the car and at that point it was only 50-60mm down

oooft, that is low! lol.

Mine is lowered 60mm all round atm, However I'll be putting Bilstein shockers on and standard fitment heavy rated spring minus 1". only having mine 1" lowered so shouldn't face any problems tbh

That XE 4-1 stainless looks nice!
