Anyone on here got one? Really like the look of these and was thinking of treating myself after NY and spunk my bonus on a new motor and seeing as my company now pays all my fuel I don't need a diesel.

Question is what are they like and what is the Sensodrive gearbox like?

takes a week to change gears... when it does the gap inbetween the gears is so long it litteraly gives you whiplash
awfull awfull box's
and if something goes wrong with them you might aswell scrap them... expensive parts and then the gearbox needs to be trained how to go into gear properly if you replace any parts... there crap haha stay clear away from them

There horrīble to drive, 1st is so long and the gear changes are like being punched in the back, the paddle shifts have a delay as well and using the sticks just pointless, buy a gt or vts if you can

get a GT over a VTR, VTS over both. i test drove all 3 as an upgrade from a saxo vts
gearboxes, as mentioned, are fucking awful.

Sensodrive Gearboxes generally are terrible, were recalled for a software update which appears to have sorted the problem for most people. obviously some still have issues or haven't had the update.

Manual boxes are fine though, as said gt or vts would be a better buy.

My mates got a VTS. Cool little car. Like a more modern 106 GTi. Handles very similarly.
Got the usual French rattles, squeaks, bits coming off the interior, exterior.
