yes, i know this may not be the best place but opinions are still wanted
Looking for some real world experience on the most grippy MSA 1B tyres.
17x9" wheels, so something around 255/40/17.
600bhp, 4WD and 1400kg
I've used Yoko 048R in the past, but not on a 1400kg car.
We've run Toyo 888s for a couple of years and get on well with them but i'm sure there is better out there.
Any comments or suggestions? We dont really need them to last well for 10-20 flat out laps, but being able to get 2-3 before they go 'off' / overheat is a must. So a medium compound is prob best suited.

Is there some Dunlop direzza . . . Or something like that? Sure they are ment to be good but more expensive than r888

Don't really know, sure I remember rob with the blue civic track car on here uses these tho. I maybe making that up tho, lol

yup, research shows DZ03G best, then 048R then R888. Thats ignoring a lot of others though
888 for wet perhaps.
