Why it is that if I withdraw money from paypal on my phone it takes 3-5 days but if I do it on the computer its instant?

Doesn't make any sense?

aspply for a paypal access card, easy to get to your funds there and then, save you waiting for it to go to your bank.

i have one.., it is a master card

Depends where the money has come from, some of mine take 5 days and I've done one just now and it appeared in the bank by the time I'd logged on to online banking.

If you've not had a letter saying you can have one you won't be eligible.

You will have to apply online through Paypal,

Only down side is, they will charge you £2.00 pounds for withdrawl of cash.
