Thinking about flocking my dash but how hard is it to take out and re-fit the dash

Depends how good you are with card I guess. Just screws and bolts and plugs.

If you don't have steering wheel puller, that will probably put up the hardest fight. Just time consuming

Undo the steering wheel nut, spray a little wd40 leave for a hour and then one big pull with the nut on a few threads should come off no trouble ;-)

Or if you have a small blow torch show a little heat to it.

if you dont aready have one go get a haynes manual. step by step how to and where all the fixings are.

Like Dave has said, al there is steering wheel pullers available.
