Does anybody know if a paypal transaction counts as a purchase or a cash advance when tied into a credit card? I need to start using it more for the associated benefits, but don't want to get stung with the retarded interest rates of the cash advances.

If it's a purchase, I'm interest free for another year so I can be a bit more lethargic with paying it off

Counts as a standard transaction, not a cash advance. Use mine for eBay purchases
