My c20xe starts but will idle for about 30 seconds then cut out with afm not plugged but as soon as you plug it in it cuts out, bought a new afm and it still does the same. Anyone help

Doesn't necessarily mean the sensors are at fault, all that is doing is providing information to the ECU about incoming air flow.

Cutting out usually mean fuel is being cut somewhere, probably because the ECU thinks its running rich, you had a look at the plugs?

True, another when you try and rev it with the afm in or notit wont rev it will just cut out

I think fuel also.

What corsa is it? if its a 1.0 or 1.2 shell then the fuel pump is different to the 1.4 and 1.6 ones. So if thats what you have youll need a pump from a 1.4 or 1.6

1.0 fuel pump is MPi so his current fuel pump will be ok, I ran mine on the 1.0 pump with no issues.

Is your EML light wired up?

a dont know if it is, when the 1 litre was in the corsa b it never came on so a dont acc know if it works

Well I should light up with ignition light so that will tell you if the bulb works.

Then need to wire it up to
The xe loom.

Have you checked the plastic rail is properly clipped into the Injectora

is the airflow meter in the correct way as if its backwards it wont work
