Is that plate with it?!? That's worth £200 on it's own FFS.
Fix it and track it!

It's not, look at the fog lights on a phase 2 then a phase 3.
Edit: Here's a phase 2:

I may keep it Jamie depending on what it needs to fix.
It's on 140k, last month had a engine with 60k fit, along with cambelt and water pump, part of exhaust, drop links and a full service.
Just hope if its over heated it hasn't damaged the head or something.

It has different fogs/front bumper as it's a GTi6 model, phase 3 has crystal headlights and CC'd side strips amongst other changes which aren't as obvious.

Sounds like its had a fair bit of work done to it then, I'd definitely consider fixing it up if there isn't to much damage, there good fun cars!
If you decide to break it get onto pug306.net and list it on there for parts, seems to be the busiest site I've found and things sell quick

Tbf, i would say its a Phase 2/3 parts bin special.
When Peugeot brought out the face-lift models, it wasn't uncommon for them to use parts from the previous cars, on the face-lifts.
When was this registered?? If its a mid 99 car, then its on the changeover for the face-lift from P2 to P3.

its a phase 2 gti-6 as Jaime said. The gti-6 only came with the phase 1 square bumper or what is known more commonly as the phase 3 round fogs. The other spec phase 2's had oval fogs as shown. the phase 3 gti had crystal headlights and also a flush back window as well as been full colour coded etc which is what gives this a way as a phase 2. Not that it really matters like!

Always liked this shape of 306. As said that plate has got to be one of the most valuable things on the car, can imagine it going for a few £'00 on the Clio forums / ebay
