having trouble doing diagnostic check with 2 different snapon scanners all i get is no communication has anyone used opcom scanners with any success i can do paperclip test ok so thought scanner should work ok

sorted diagnostic check car was 1999 1.0 originally but had c16xe engine put in it ,re entered 1994 c16xe corsa b engine and managed to access computer ok
