Right, my mate passed his test yesterday....but he has no car, he is 17, 18 in september, but whenever looking for cars, hes looking at VTRS Etc.

But in reality, he actually has no money untill he sells his ped for a grand!!

So what shall we look for.....obvious choices are Fiestas etc, and we need to take into consideration insurance!!!
