Driving along yesterday minding my own business today when some idiot did this to my poor car:

Long story but some bell end decided to overtake on a solid white line and rammed into the side of me, pushing me sideways up the road before driving off. He had hit a lady in a Audi TT 500m before over the other side of a crest in the road that I did not see. Anyhow the police have arrested him off as someone got the first 4 of his reg plate. All I got was the make model and year as I was more worried about my own safety than anything else. Had to give a statement to the police and hopefully he will get done for dangerous driving. At least they got him and he has insurance.

The tyre had deflated as it had some of his wheel trim stuck in the seal between the tyre and the rim and its a mile out of alignment.

By the sounds of what the police have told me, me and the other lady just got involved in some issues he was having.

Felt really sorry for the lady in the Audi as she was span round and went straight across the other lane and up a banking. The whole thing could have been so much worse.

Thats exactly what I did. Initially I went to pull over but then as I saw him carry on I decided to go after him. Sadly a crabbing car with a flat run flat tyre does not really lend itself as a pursuit vehicle
