At the moment, I've got a 2002 Clio DCi as my daily driver but I'm looking to sell and get something else now. The beauty of the Clio is it'll return 53-60mpg and is only £30 a year to tax so I want something equally or nearly as cheap for tax and fuel. Don't really want to spend more than £2000.

Any ideas lads?

Only problem is:

- Needs to be a 2nd car
- Needs to be cheap to tax
- Needs to be cheap to run
- Needs to return good mpg

Have heard of these cars called a corsa. Meant to be quite cheap and easy. Could probably find some sort of corsa owners club online and they will probably know a suitable model etc.

You need to change your "Drives:" to Clio DCi.

Part timer.

Yeh Faz, there's a few niggles with it that I'm having trouble fixing, hence the need to sell on.

Not being pedantic but whats the point in changing it?

Could probably get a 206 HDi (£30 a year tax) for that sort of budget. Alternatively you could spend a bit extra and get something like this. Great looking cars.
