As the title says really, what do you normally eat pre gym.

Usually have a variety of stuff but wanna get some ideas of what other people are doing.

For example, yesterday i had 4 whole eggs scrambled on toast and also some superpump max, went gym an hour later and was full of energy.

what about you guys?

I go straight after work, so its difficult to have something epic before hand. Porridge with manuka honey and a banana.

I need my dinner before I go, normally leave about 45mins after tea. Thats all about to change though and I'm going to be going straight from work. I'm not sure how I'll get on tbh, ill probably have a bananna and a sandwich for the drive there if I can manage no to eat it during the day.

Im a hungry bastard though so anything that leaves the house with me in the morning gets scranned as soon as possible. I cant see me being able to ration my food during the day at all so I might need to look at pre-workout stuff.
