Has anyone thought of the health implications of all these supplements ? Gaining a whole load of weight in a short period of time can't be good for you

aside from any health implications, you usually get unsightly stretch marks which look hideous and undo any good work done.

Are you doing this because a GP has said so, or because you think you're too skinny? If you feel healthy in yourself, dont have any blackouts or anything, you're eating well and exercising etc... Tell him to gtf.
Bmi is a load of balls as a guide, doesn't take much into account with regards to health

Gp has said so and is causing some implications to my health so that's why it needs to go up. Otherwise I wouldn't really care lol
