Partner keeps on getting texts and calls from some twat that refuses to talk and sends constant blank texts I've contact her service provider and there useless

Anything out there that she can use, it's an iphone4

Provider said this but there's nothing to show them?

It's a contract also due to end August so we can't simply just change number either

theyll give you a crime reference number, you give that to operator, they block the number
