Picked this up on Friday after a 4 hour train ride to Doncaster!

We had the A1 but was a bit of a waste of money having two brand new cars when generally im home all the time and one of them is sat on the driving doing nothing!!

So after us both loving our last leon so much and the 1 series having to go as the heavy steering was causing my wife problems with her shoulder due to its heavy steering! I started looking out for a FR, FR+ or Cupra R. Was looking likely to be a Cupra R as they were cheaper than a diesel but then this one popped up. 55 plate 2006 with 61K and FSH. Needs a few bits tidying on the bodywork but will get that done over time.


and has been used all bank holiday; took it on a trip to Longleat as didnt mind taking it through the monkeys!

I had a red one of these on loan.

Interiors are pretty gash build etc but the 1 I had was stage 2 so very very quick (made me sick ha)

No its the FR+ so 1.9 Diesel. Pulls like a train tho; so much fun to drive

Ah right. I wasn't aware you got FR or FR+ in this style of Leon.
I assume it's had the LCR bumper added and they don't come like this standard?

Ive had a few; although not as many recentley

No its standard like that; they were only produced towards the end of this shape so not to many about

Yeh pretty much the same other than no Brembo's and twin tailpipes instead of oval IIRC?

Are you sure they come with the LCR bumper as standard??? I never knew that.

Yup, as said there wasn't many made as it was only in the last year or 2
