I've spotted that as well but its a bit pricey IMO. Those new wheels he's got for it are horrid as well lol.
It was bought by the owner before him for £12,000 but not sure how much he got it for Looked amazing on the AMG wheels that it had before that lad got it and its a fucking fast car. I know the previous owner and had a bit of sport. When I was off the clock hitting the limiter he was still pulling away like a train.

Re-mapped and de-limited I'm sure once been tested at 175mph. Can't confirm that, but its refined fast.
Astra deffo was more raw and felt faster, but the S3 is much much quicker. Very smooth throttle and just pulls to the top end. Not even bothered touching the standard limiter, just prefer getting to speed quickly when needed. Need my license
Remap, exhaust, IC, filter, I bet it goes like stink!

The DV valve failed due to remap
The water got into boot as the box on the back started to let in water (stupid Audi design)
Fuel sender has failed (you get 2 of them in the quattro)
Brake servo is leaking
I cannot say that it has been driven really hard for them parts to fail to be honest.....loads has been spent on it in the past.
Mine is the earlier one to your birds yep, 2007

Another year n half and we'll get rid, problem is upgrading. Kinda at the top of the small hot hatch market now, without going for the RS3 (overpriced), theres not many small quick cars you can go for :S Have to go bigger.

i disagree. seems to be one of the most discreet performance hatches out there. it looks pretty much like a standard a3 s line.

Nahh, thats like 2 bike trackdays or half a Euro trackday. And I get to go faster Just not into the whole modded car thing now, got to just be quick out of the box. Hence why I'm rolling around ina 1.25 Zetec Fiesta (only do like 200 miles per month tops though).

I've decided to give it a miss. That one I posted is very basic spec, no nav, flat bottom steering wheel, recaro buckets etc which IMO are a must on the top spec S3s.

The guy that owns it now only paid £11.5k for it and its needing at least £500 of work done straight away. So that's £13k all in once you haggle a bit. No thanks.

Think a lot of it came standard on later models. But as for the upgraded seats, they will be hard to come by as they were a £3k add on, which is an awful lot of money for seats. But as standard the leather recaros are a really good fit (depending on body size).
