I saw it on a number plate the other day and it reminded me of Vibrio and his POAH shiz.

a word 'they' chose to use to wind the shit up out of people who weren't part of their 'crew'! and it worked wince every used to whitter on about it, and seemingly some still wonder about it! It was meaningless.
