Yea my 2001 Astra does this, hold the button down for 2/3 seconds and off they go.

It's the only thing electrical on my car that does work mind


2/3 seconds? on mine I just give one press, less than a second and they go up and down on their own.

Certainly.doesn't have it on our 2012 focus, nor the 2011 fiesta before it.

I think he means you can turn it on by holding the button up for 2-3 seconds when the window is in the up position

Works, I turned on the electric window control so I can lower them with the remote, and also a couple of other small things like audible alarm when the petrol light comes on

^^ haha I had a Seat on loan last week and nearly crashed on the motorway with the noise.

Is there anything like this for Mercs then? Change settings on our Vito etc
