After months of frustration and anger at the shittest car in the world and after struggling to fit a dog, luggage and whatever in the boot to go on holiday, we've decided to replace the Insignia with a massive fucking barge which will be perfect for us.
I know it won't be to everyone's taste but spec wise and value for money, it's spot on.
It's a 2.4 D5 R Design SE Premium 205bhp so it's not lethargic, even though it's an auto.

Nice that, quite like Volvo estates. Still think an rs2 would have been better.

Colin, one day! wouldn't want to hang 2 bikes off an RS2 and put 2 dogs in the boot though so this'll do for now.

Yep, need to stop looking like the Michelin Man.
Been waiting to sort the car before getting the bikes as I want a tow bar mounted carrier so the dogs can still go in the boot without it being a pain and so the roof is free for her kayak.

Love it, my old man has a similar model - manual D5 SE, same year.
Bloody quick for what it is, so comfortable and just eats miles towing RIBs all over the country!

Its nice to see someone buying a purposeful car instead of trying to buy an Internet status fame car for a change on here.

This one one £12,800, cheap for its year though as the guy didnt know it was 205bhp, thought it was 185.
They're normally about £13,500 with 45k on them, less with more miles obviously.
