Anyone used one of these before? www.mobilephonexchange.co.uk are offering the best price £126 for iPhone 4 16gb, they say though that if theres water damage (condensation from taking it into the bathroom) then they charge £10 to send it back if not happy with revised price, be arsed with that. The phones fine just dont want them pulling a fast one. Any sites recommended that you've used before?

They offered my friend £150 for his old blackberry in mint condition then when they received it thy offered him £30 saying it had a faulty navigation button which was absolute bollocks. I wouldn't bother wasting your time and just stick it on eBay

I sold a phone with them £120 they said for the phone. I sent it and they then sent a cheque for £45 saying no charger and cracked screen. I sent charger with phone and no cracks. They returned the phone back to me with no crack and charger phoned um they said the price has gone down so didnt want it. Was pissed off!!

Used them a couple times and had no problems. Once it had a small scratch on the screen and I still got the full amount.
I prefer it over ebay as it generally gets you as much (once you remove ebay/paypal fees) and you only need to send away the phone so you get to keep all the cables, charges etc.

Dont use Cash4Phones, they give you a good price online then 1/3rd when they receive it, and its £9 to get it back. I complained and they gave me 2/3rds in the end but I still would have been better off selling it to Gamestation on the highstreet

I don't know wheter to put my Blackberry 9900 on eBay or on one of these sites, both seem risky. eBay will get my more money and if I take the right steps I should be ok I guess.

I was going to use Fonebank the other day, but printed off the sending sheet and they'd mis-spelt a word on it, so I cancelled it. If a "professional" business has spelling mistakes I'm not using them.
Got a broken Sensation XE to flog, can still get 30 quid for it

o2 recycle are offering £113, much more reliable and for me have always offered the best amount.
Unless the water indicators have been triggered, they shouldn't have a leg to stand on with regards to ingress etc.

£10.53 in amazon vouchers of £9.75 cash..... not actually that bad if you had another mobile or two to throw in.
